National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day

That’s right April 2nd is National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day. Growing up I always loved PB &J, it was a sandwich that I knew I could always get and always eat. I was one of those kids who would change out the jelly each time though. Most kids want the standard grape jelly. Me, I wanted to be different. I would ask for Strawberry, Peach, Orange, or my favorite Blackberry.

To share in the festivities of today I’ve decided to showcase some peanut butter and jelly recipes from some of my Courage 2 Earn blogger friends. Be sure to check out their pages and enjoy the recipes.
