We decided to use this candy and dipping chocolate to make chocolate covered strawberries. Who doesn’t love fruit with a side of chocolate?

A very easy chocolate to use and work with. All you have to do is cut the amount that you want to use and place it in a microwave safe bowl on medium high heat in 30 second intervals. You can also make a double broiler on top of the stove if you want.

Not many people use or even like white chocolate but we love it. You still get the same great taste of chocolate but just not as rich as milk chocolate. No worries this candy is available in milk chocolate as well.

One Response to Taste Test Tuesday: Ghirardelli Candy Making Chocolate

  1. During the holidays I use about 25 – 2 and 1/2 pound bars of candy making and dipping chocolate that I buy from Sam’s club. I make a variety of candies for friends and family in other states. We also dip a lot of bananas for our own use. However, Sam’s only carries the bars from about late Sept ’til the end of Dec. Where could I get a case of the bars? I’m desperate and all out of chocolate, and will not use anything but Ghirardelli’s chocolate. .
