Layered Southwest Taco Salad

Happy Tuesday Everyone!! For some reason I’m craving tacos today. I figured I would share this recipe with you today. Do you enjoy tacos? What are some of your favorite toppings?

Sometimes I switch up my ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • Beef
  • Pork
  • Shrimp
  • Fish (sway or cod)
  • corn salsa
  • guacamole
  • cole slaw
  • monterrey jack cheese
  • mango salsa
  • sour cream

My ingredients for tacos depends on how I’m feeling or what I have a taste for. Add some family and friends and make tonight a Taco Night!!

Layered Southwest Taco Salad


6 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 can  (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles /or Shredded cheese
1/2 cup  Ranch Dressing
1 cup broken tortilla chips


Place lettuce on plate. Then add the next four ingredients.
Drizzle Ranch dressing on top and serve with Tortilla chips.
