Foodie Friday: What to do with Mocha Mousse and Cheesecake Blend

Happy Friday Everyone!! It’s the weekend, and we made it. As we mentioned on Tuesday, we are featuring products from Wildtree, a direct sales company that focuses on healthy and organic foods. Today’s Foodie Friday post is about chocolate.

Mocha Mousse and Cheesecake Blend

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Wildtree Mocha Mousse Blend
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping
Directions:

In a small bowl, measure out 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Stir in 2 tablespoons Mocha Mousse Blend and stir until fully incorporated.
Cheesecake Filled Strawberries
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound large strawberries, de-stemed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1-2 tablespoons Wildtree Mocha Mouse & Cheesecake Blend
  • 4 ounces graham cracker crumbs
Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and Cheesecake Blend until creamy. 
2. Fold in whipped topping. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or plastic bag with the corner snipped off. 
3. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. 
5. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving
Mocha Cheesecake
 
Ingredients:
 

  • 1/4 cup Wildtree Mocha Mousse Cheesecake Blend
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks part-skim cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub lite whipped topping
  • 1 graham cracker or Oreo cookie pie shell
  • Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine Mocha Mousse Cheesecake Blend and cream cheese. 
    2. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until blended. 
    3. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into pie shell. Chill cheesecake, covered, for 2 hours.
